FeedForward is a game changing approach to 360 feedback. It helps people create and focus on a positive future, not a failed past. Historically, 360 feedback has focused on providing incredibly detailed information on a persons behaviour. As a result, they have often been left feeling overwhelmed, missing the most important messages with a disproportionate focus on the negatives and no help on how to be better. FeedForward 360 has been designed to radically change the experience of 360 because it: * Is based on a proven model for leadership success * Provides a real sense of an individual’s strengths, rather than weaknesses * Offers clarity on what is really important in a role * Illustrates clear understanding of current behaviour * Suggests actionable ideas on how each individual can become even better * Provides a structure to guide and help people to act immediately.
