FeedForward is a game changing approach to 360 feedback. It helps people create and focus on a positive future, not a failed past. Historically, 360 feedback has focused on providing incredibly detailed information on a persons behaviour. As a result, they have often been left feeling overwhelmed, missing the most important messages with a disproportionate focus on the negatives and no help on how to be better.
