Coaching Business Uses Skills Hub to Expand Their Range of Services

Inspired Mindset – based in Stoke on Trent – is a rapidly growing training, coaching and mentoring company. They work to facilitate the development of teams and individuals within the fields of wellbeing, leadership and personal effectiveness.

We asked Julie, the founder of Inspired Mindset, to tell us a bit about her company: “My selected team of associates and I currently work across the UK over many counties and industries, and the support received from the Staffordshire Skills Hub has been an invaluable factor in my business growth.

“I was mentioned to the Skills Hub well over a year ago and it was actually Suzanne, the Project Manager, who first contacted me to offer help. Since then, Suzanne and the team have kept me informed of any available grants to advance my business further. Through the Skills Hub’s support, I have been able to add another two psychometric tests to the business offering.” These tests are methods of assessing cognitive ability, personality, or behaviours, and are often used by businesses as part of the recruitment process.

Julie went on to say, “I have also just received funding to start a postgrad in September for Coaching Supervision. All of the Skills Hub support has helped me to grow my business offering, and to continuously develop and update skillsets to continue to deliver high quality training, mentoring and coaching services.”
